Job location: Nashville ,TN or Remote, United States work from home.

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a broad background and exceptional skills in technology and data flow implementation, ideally in the healthcare, government, or financial services industry.

Excellent technical and reporting skills are imperative - Microsoft Power point and Excel advanced skills a must. Most critically, this position requires flexibility, agility, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, ability and desire to learn quickly, and consistent delivery of value through ambiguity as a partner-focused change agent. Must be able to work independently on assignments while simultaneously engaging as a collegiate and collaborative part of a larger departmental team. The position will be an individual contributor that will work with other team members on the evaluation of business and data requirements and other related client enabling projects or may impact a broad range of functions in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities:


  • Ability to understand data needs and requirements from business units and work to acquire and appropriately deliver data to vendor


  • Work with external entities to acquire data and appropriately deliver


  • Understand data schemas and test files and facilitate conversations, as appropriate


  • Participate in and help facilitate data release testing, including the development and validation of test cases and coordinate with the appropriate business and IT owners for production releases


  • Evaluation processes to ensure successful ongoing delivery of data and files to the appropriate places


  • Liaison with vendor and IT teams on requirements, needs, timelines, and other implementation activities


  • Create and deliver reporting and presentations of user activity and other significant attributes, as requested


  • Ability to form strong business relationships and partner across the enterprise for effective cross-functional project delivery


  • Ensure smooth lines of communication from the project to delivery team and vice versa


  • Help manage project changes with core project team and vendor as well as facilitate estimates and communication of delivery alignment.


  • Participate in Agile ceremonies like release planning, scrum meetings, sprint demos and other specific team meetings as needed


  • Work with program managers to ensure alignment to roadmap and scope and partner on external communication to our stakeholders.


  • Collaborate with the team to develop project plans for implementation activities


  • Identify and work to remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful attainment of goals & deliverables


  • Work with appropriate teams on ROI reporting and presentations


  • Maintain a positive working relationship with teammates and matrix partners.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience



  • 3+ years' work experience in healthcare highly preferred



  • Previous work experience in data management or project management roles



  • Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)



  • Advanced skills using project scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project)


  • Team player with proven ability to foster and manage working relationships within a matrix environment to obtain buy-in and drive results.


  • Ability to work independently on assignments while simultaneously engaging as a collegiate and collaborative part of a larger departmental team.


  • High attention to detail and quality and the ability to learn quickly


  • Creative thinker with ability to think outside the box and translate ideas into actions


  • Strong problem solving skills


  • Excellent oral, written presentation and communication skills. Attention to detail and quality


  • Demonstrated ability to drive results with sense of urgency in a rapidly changing environment


This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
