Growing construction company seeks a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. The Customer Service Specialist selected will have opportunities to grow within the company as they learn the business.
Duties of the Customer Service Specialist:
- The Customer Service Specialist selected for this role will be responsible for working closely with clients on the status of their orders, alleviating any customer concerns , and ensuring cusomer catisfaction.
- The Customer Service Specialist selected will ideally have excellent Microsoft Excel skills, and will be responsible for tracking the status of open customer orders and how often customers have been updated on their orders.
- The Customer Service Specialist selected should have strong attention to detail.
