Enlivant is seeking a Remote Sales Lead Coordinator
for our Support Center in Chicago, IL
We are looking to fill two (2) Part-Time positions Candidates must be able to work remotely
Hours: Candidates must be able to work various days during the week from 4 PM to 8 PM and be available for hours during the weekend. Compensation: $15/hr + Bonus Potential

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
Initial answering and/or outreach to prospects
Create immediate and genuine rapport with prospects
Execute initial discovery and qualification
Schedule and coordinate sales activities, i.e. community tours
Execute CRM activities, including follow-up, populating lead information, and annotating activities appropriately
Immediate hand-off to community operators and regional directors via email for the completion of sales activity and next steps to advance prospect to move-in
Additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to learn and understand the benefits of Enlivant amenities and services to accurately represent the company in their conversations
Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone
Positive attitude with enthusiasm and positivity while projecting a friendly tone and using positive language
Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns and overcome objections
High sense of urgency throughout the sales process
Ability to multi-task and stay organized while engaging with customers
Ability to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills
Data Entry Skills
Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple inquiries and priorities of customer needs through problem-solving
Must be willing to work a variable schedule including nights and weekends and work overtime as needed
Ability to work at home in a suitable environment to conduct professional conversations
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous inside, outside, or telephone experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills and is a well-organized team player
Desire and flexibility to assume roles of individual contributor, team player and leader simultaneously as the organization and department evolves
