Role Purpose:

Lead cross-functional initiatives to achieve client obsession while increasing retention and help drive transformation across Global Services & Delivery

Major Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:


  • Lead day to day project management of key initiatives for the organization as either tracks within a program or independent.

    • Develop the Common Service Delivery Model while partnering with Sales/Service/Research

    • Conduct pilots to ascertain best practices for future implementation into the Common Service Delivery Model with HT/GBS/IT EU



  • Assist with defining and implementing programs and service for g.com POCs

  • Rationalize and simplify leading and lagging metrics within Service and Delivery and across Sales, Service and R&A to create a common core set of measures

  • Analyze business data, identify best practices and translate those into actionable guidance and practices to support Global Services & Delivery.

  • Collaborate across Strategy & Operations, Services & Delivery, Product and R&A to bring these solutions to our service and delivery teams in a coordinated way

  • Identify and mitigate key strategic risks related to process initiatives and retention performance

  • Lead the production and delivery of operational and planning reports to senior business leaders to effectively link results with business strategy (Ops reviews, regular reporting, etc.)

  • Ensure accurate analytics, monitor key business drivers, identify and drive operational improvements, provide transparency of results to key business leaders, and ensure informed decision making. 

  • Cultivate strong and mutually respectful relationships across the organization and partner with Strategy & Operations leadership to solve problems and identify business improvement opportunities

Education

  • Undergraduate degree required

Professional Experience:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in related roles

Technical/ Professional Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills; Excellent analytical skills; ability to analyze large datasets and translate raw information into actionable insights. Outstanding project management skills with an ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workloads

  • Strong influencing skills; ability to create alignment on objectives, vision and plan

  • Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a MUST

  • Excellent analytical skills; ability to analyze large datasets and translate raw information into actionable insights so that it can be easily understood and used by the organization.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create and deliver effective dashboards, decks and updates for use by multiple levels of staff, up to and including the executive level

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams and large amounts of detail simultaneously

  • Project and program management experience:  Ability to organize and track complex projects
