As the Division Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for creating and implementing preventative maintenance plans, auditing and creating reports for the maintenance teams across the market. You will load master data and train maintenance staff on correct creation and process for loading PM plans into SAP. You will lead, coach and develop maintenance teams across the market.
Must be willing to travel up to 75%.
You may be based from a factory location.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and create Preventative Maintenance plans for factories across the market
- Develop and load all master data for existing Functional Locations (FLOCs) and new FLOCs for capital equipment.
- Train the maintenance department on PM creation and entering master data
- Develop and maintain procedures for planning, status reporting and tracking of all work requests requiring parts
- Monitor the scheduling of processing for maintenance availability of equipment requiring parts
- Responsible for analyzing total parts usage against critical parts inventory listing, to reduce total parts inventory for PMs
- Sustain planning & scheduling standard routines in all market factories
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum):
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in maintenance budgeting, preventative maintenance and asset control programs
OR
- Associate's degree with 3+ years of experience in maintenance budgeting, preventative maintenance and asset control programs
