Summary: As the Multicultural Marketing Manager for General Education / Career Learning, you will be a member of the marketing team in a fast-paced, end-to-end corporate marketing department that strives to continually test new approaches to improve performance. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, the Multicultural Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing and tracking results of marketing campaigns that support the company’s B2C line of business. In this position, the Marketing Manager will work with stakeholders to create and execute marketing campaigns that support the General Education and Career Learning lines of Business. Responsibilities include overseeing development of paid and organic social media, digital audio, and email marketing. This role will work across the organization and with outside vendors to generate leads and revenue for the business.   • Create marketing campaigns with a focus on digital marketing including paid media, digital events, social and search with the goal of customer acquisition

  • Articulates and champions digital marketing best practices and standards across paid channels;

  • Monitors trends across landscape (media channels) to identify opportunities to drive business goals

  • Oversee definition and implementation of customer experience (Spanish speaking experience)

  • Assist in go-to-market plans by working across MarComm, Demand Generation, and Enrollment Ops

  • Work with internal Creative / Dev Teams to create emails, landing pages, lead capture forms and reporting

  • Develop A/B testing and optimization plans for social display, digital videos, landing pages, lead forms

  • Organize and maintain detailed schedule of campaign timing and execution for projects

  • Use Adobe Analytics to track campaign results and analyze return on investment (ROI)

  • Serve as a credible subject matter expert with a working knowledge of areas of responsibility

  • Forges strong relationships with internal teams and external organizations;

  • Ensures thorough, timely and accurate stakeholder communications.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements 


  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a must

  • Bachelor’s Degree and

  • Five (5) years of progressive marketing experience with focus on demand generation

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

Certificates and Licenses: None required.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Experience in vendor management

  • Ability to effectively utilize a system, such as Adobe Analytics

  • Ability to build and analyze ROI (Return on Investment) based on campaign contribution

  • Excellent presentation skills with ability to leverage technology effectively

  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to build strong working relationships

  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment

  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing priorities to deliver and drive results

  • High level of quality and accountability for work product

  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,); Web proficiency.

  • Ability to travel 10% of the time (minimal if any e.g. commercial shoot / team building events)

  • Ability to clear required background check
