The role of Vice President / Business Development Advisor at J.P. Morgan Advisors serves ultra and high-net-worth individuals within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. As a Business Development Advisor, you will identify, cultivate and serve your clients. You will work to understand their financial goals and develop a personalized investment strategy to meet those goals. You will provide ongoing advice to your clients and build deep relationships with them. Your clients will fulfill their personal and financial dreams and goals because you helped put them on the path to achieving success.

• Learn the foundational skillset and product knowledge needed to be a successful Wealth Advisor at JPMWM while collaborating with bank and investment partners to connect clients to the solutions available to them

Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by personal success, a self-starter and willing to be coached
  • 2-3+ years sales and relationship management experience required with a proven track record of success
  • Unrelenting work ethic and commitment to serving your clients
  • Candidate must be organized, detail-oriented and resilient
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • High ethical standards
  • Desire to understand the Wealth Management business, in particular banking and investment products
  • SIE/Series 7 and 66 required within 4 months of start date
  • Bachelor's degree required
