Position Summary:
The Construction Project Manager (CPM) is to plan, execute, and finalize projects in accordance to strict deadlines and within budget guidelines. The CPM must coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to simultaneously deliver multiple projects according to plan. They will also define each project’s objectives and oversee quality control and safety throughout its life cycle. Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer. Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner.

This job generally operates in conditions that includes an indoor and outdoor environment based on tasks performed. Conditions may include varying climate, moderate to high noise levels, slippery surfaces, carpeted, linoleum, hard surfaced floors or cement, cold temperatures below 32° and above 90° Fahrenheit. While performing the duties of this job, employees must be able to regularly sit or stand, movement to include, but not limited to, walking, bending, stooping, climbing stairs and ladders up to 12” feet, reaching above/below shoulder, crouching, carrying, pushing, and pulling a maximum of 40 pounds.
This position requires close visual acuity to perform an activity such as reading, writing, viewing a computer terminal and performing physical tasks. This position requires regular and effective communication with others, both written and verbally.
The ability and means to travel locally, overnight, in specific regions or states via automobile and airplane may be required.
