The Role
The Director of Sales for Teva is a dynamic and critical leadership position, responsible for creating and executing the wholesale distribution strategy for Teva, one of the fastest growing footwear brands in the outdoor space. The role is multi-faceted and will be a perfect fit for someone who thrives working across a diverse set of stakeholders, loves guiding a team of people, and has experience building a brand as well as a business. The Director of Sales will contribute to the overall leadership culture of the Teva Brand and leave their mark on one of the most important category innovators in the history of the outdoor industry.

Who You Are
The Teva Director of Sales should be a multifaceted and cross-functional leader, able to connect with and communicate across a broad spectrum of customers, colleagues, and departments, and a results-driven marketplace manager.
We’d love to hear from people with
10+ years in the footwear industry, preferably with experience in the outdoor or athletic categories. Someone passionate about leading a diverse team, developing a culture as well as a business, and detail orientation required to ensure results are delivered. Candidate should be proficient in excel, comfortable with public speaking and customer service, and knowledgeable of supply chain and logistics functions.
