Position Responsibilities:

1. ATG Commerce Technical lead, is responsible for L2/L3 support (incident and problem management) for a Retail Ecommerce client and accountable for working with client team and offshore support team to meet the agreed service levels.

2. As the liaison between the business and support team, ensures the understanding of business problems in order to reach the ultimate technical solution that fixes business issues.

3. Proficient and hands on experience with ATG Commerce Platform, ATG Tools and Java/J2EE technologies.

4. Strong knowledge in production support & application maintenance processes related to Incident management, Problem Management and handing service requests is needed.

5. Digital Commerce domain knowledge and understanding would be an added advantage.

6. Willing to work in shifts and provide on call support during off business hours.

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)


• 5-7 years of software development experience


• 3-5 years Oracle ATG development experience (preferably client side)


• Proficient in ATG Commerce Platform  & ATG tools
