Job Description:

This role is a remote position (work from home) and will require limited travel a few times a year to attend department/company meetings at our corporate location in Warrendale, PA. As our Sr. HRIS Analyst, we’ll ask you to perform the following within our HRIS system, UltiPro. 5+ years’ experience with HRIS systems, UltiPro experience required.

• Partner with HR department and their business partners to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities.


• Builds project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation and can work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning.


• Serves as a technical point-of-contact for the assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.


• Create documentation for end user adoption and training,


• Research and resolve HRIS problems, process flaws; research and study impact of changes to end users and be prepared with resolutions.


• Perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.


• Collaborate with the ISG team to maintain integrations and to manage system upgrades.


• Act as HRIS SME for annual HR programs such as performance management, promotions, compliance reporting, and open enrollment.


• Write, maintain, and support a library of HR reports.


• Perform other duties as assigned.
