What you'll need to succeed
5+ years' experience in commercial/building construction
OSHA Trained, required
Must be highly organized and efficient
Able to perform hands-on work with limited time at a desk
Attention to detail and a self-starter will be a requirement
Able to handle a wide variety of obligations during any given day
Must be willing to travel, work after hours, and nights/weekends
Great people skills and a positive attitude will also be an attribute of the perfect candidate
REQUIRED SKILLS: Must have excellent communication skills both orally and in writing. Must be computer literate and capable of using internet/email, and iPad. This position requires an individual that is confident, energetic, and has leadership skills. Must be able follow the direction of the project manager and/or the senior project manager.
