Job Description:
Manage active operational projects across multiple functional areas by tracking progress, anticipating and eliminating roadblocks, and communicating statuses to stakeholders to help the organization take full advantage of opportunities;
Drive visibility to the roadmap for the entire organization to ensure that the whole team is moving in the same direction;
Represent the operations team to the rest of the organization and with vendors to maintain healthy relationships and facilitate the flow of information;
Develop expert-level knowledge of day-to-day tasks and deliverables to inform project scope, timelines, budgets, and dependencies;
Partner with the program team to support operational processes, controls and help drive a continuous improvement culture
Anticipate and eliminate roadblocks and proactively find solutions for issues, bottlenecks, and cross-project resource contention challenges to run projects smoothly and without unnecessary disruption or stress;
Identify process improvements and work with the operations team and senior leaders to implement solutions to minimize redundant work and improve workflows;
Support program Controls efforts, Audit and other regulatory and compliance activities
Uphold a culture of creative excellence to promote innovation every day;
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an operations or project management-related discipline
3-5 years of experience as a project manager, program manager, or operations manager
Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Experience implementing and structuring new scalable processes
Experience managing outside vendors
Ability to demonstrate a deep level of empathy and ability to connect with diverse individuals and teams to drive results while gaining trust
High level of initiative and willingness to take ownership of projects and tasks, even when not directly assigned
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
Working knowledge of Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Products
