The Workforce Activity & Office Working Tech and Tools team sits within the Chief Administration Office ('CAO') Strategic Initiatives organization. The team is oriented towards revolutionizing the firm's ability to maximise leverage of all its assets whilst the employee working experience is enhanced to create a seamless experience with predictive / intuitive solutions at its heart.

The team utilizes data to drive decision making and is focused on building out a new firm-wide capability that unlocks the potential of our Workforce and Workplace to enhance our strategic and investment decisions.

The ideal candidate should be self-driven and results oriented with experience presenting to senior leaders and handling work-streams simultaneously. They will hold a unique position that supports the team's overall strategy, while solutioning data delivery, modelling, and integration for tool use. The opportunity is for a Program Manager / Pillar Lead - Vice President to work on the Office Working Tech and Tools program. This specifically involves:

• Be the Product Owner for the 2 key components in the other all TnT workstream

• Develop the vision and communicate to all required parties to gain buy in

• Build the execution plan, the wireframes, design the UI and the functionality required

• Engage Tech teams to execute the strategy in an agile manner with monthly releases

• Manage project plan, track deliverable completion, and facilitate content development (e.g., business requirements)

• Proactively capture risks and issues, and escalate to TnT Office Working PMO & stakeholders, as needed

  • Understanding end user needs but add value above to create a development roadmap.
  • Ability to use tools that support data investigation / analysis
  • Evaluate user cases, conduct gap analysis & identify opportunities for future product development.
  • Managing the innovation life cycle of the product from ideation & prototyping through to the translation of requirements to our technology team.
  • Partnering with our client engagement teams to ensure our end users are getting the maximum value out of our analytics and insights.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders like Corporate Technology and Data Science partners and own streams of the delivery plan.
  • Becoming the SME for various data sets and stores utilized in the creation of our various thought engines and UIs

  • Experience with key tools (i.e. UX, SQL, Abacus/Abex, Hue, Alteryx, Excel, Tableau, Qlikview, PowerPoint)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to structure and scope complex problems; team-oriented nature with clear ownership mentality.
  • Problem solving aptitude and idea generation, with the ability to go from conceptualization to execution.
  • Inter-personal skills with ability to forge strong relationships with key stakeholders including technology partners.
  • Effective organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently across multiple aspects of the organization at all levels; confidence in communicating with management.
