Job Description:

As an experienced member of our Software Engineering Group, we look first and foremost for people who are passionate around solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices. Skills required to be considered for this role:


  • Database development skills (Must Have Oracle, PLSQ & Stored procedures, SQL debugging, SQL tuning )
  • Full Stack Development skills (strong backend with Java 8, Springboot)

Preferred Skills:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Exposure to no SQL Db's (Preferred MongoDb)
  • Exposure to Public cloud (AWS Preferred)
  • Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
  • Advanced knowledge of architecture and design across all systems
  • Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages
  • Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
  • Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
  • Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Passionate about building an innovative culture
  • Strong Core Java knowledge and Design patterns
  • Multi-threaded programming, JavaScript, JSP, AJAX, CSS.
  • Spring framework, Hibernate framework, MVC Framework
  • XML, Web Services(SOAP and REST),Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
  • Debugging skills - Java, web app and SQL debugging
  • Defect Management (JIRA or equivalent)
  • Proficient in in Apache spark - development and performance tuning.
  • Proficient in big data technologies -including but not limited to - HDFS, Hive, Pig, Hbase, MPP solutions, etc.
  • Solid experience in Data projects with sound knowledge of system design and best practices.
  • Unix experience.
  • Unit testing using Junit or other testing packages.
