In this position, we are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join the team and become the Column Loading Manufacturing Process Engineering who will work directly with the production team. This individual will be responsible for being the lead process engineer supporting the manufacturing processes including but not limited to SOP implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Additionally, this person will be responsible for daily yields, review & disposition of non-conforming material, and ownership of process trials and changes. The process engineer will act as subject matter expert and influencer during implementation of new process improvements and NPI transfers. They will help maintain and operate process equipment, identify maintenance needs, and ensure equipment is operational as well as partnering with procurement and the remainder of the Agilent team to improve and sustain products & processes. May direct the work of third-party vendors and/or partners to meet contract specified deliverables, performance, or business objectives.
