Overview
Responsible for new business development. Develop, implement and manage a sales strategy to achieve aggressive sales goals. Works with product development, marketing and/or sales groups to align with the company's growth strategy. Cultivates new and existing client business development opportunities for the Bank. Directly supervises the Commercial Banking team. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws.
Qualifications
More than 10 years of recent experience in direct sales and Commercial Banking development experience in the banking industry at a managerial, group leader level.
Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
Must have formal credit training.
Must be able to access and analyze financial conditions of clients and industry trends.
Ability to understand and interpret financial statements and cash flow analysis.
Excellent sales and communication skills and ability to manage the sales process.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Demonstrated ability to prospect, cultivate, and manage new accounts.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to develop and manage budgets and prepare financial reports.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
