Summary of Job Scope and Expectations:

The Legal Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the SVP, Cherng Family Trust, and legal administrative support to the Corporate and Real Estate Legal teams. This position is responsible for coordinating complex, sensitive project work, preparing presentations on behalf of Legal executives, and conducting analysis as directed. The Legal Coordinator also drafts documents and conducts basic paralegal work under the supervision of an attorney.

Descriptions:

* Provides administrative and project management support to the SVP and other Legal executives, including processing of invoices. Executes complex, sensitive project work, including presentations for major company events and senior leadership meetings. Manages project timelines, tracking progress toward completion.

* Manages the schedule for the SVP, setting up meetings and ensuring the participants of such meetings have necessary materials. May prepare and distribute meeting notes as directed.

* Analyzes information as the basis for presentations and reports by the Corporate and Real Estate Legal team and assists in putting together major presentations.

* Organizes the Legal office and filing system to maximize efficiency and easy access to needed information.

* Performs basic legal administrative work under the supervision of an attorney, including preparation of contracts, letters, and other legal documents.

* Performs special projects as requested by the Corporate and Real Estate Legal team.

* Performs corporate secretary functions, including minutes and resolutions, as well as entity formations.

* Leads CFT Planning Committee, which puts together functions for the group, including quarterly meetings, charitable events, and teambuilding events.






Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.

* Minimum one year of work experience preferred.

* Preparing for paralegal certification preferred.

* Successful completion of annual store training
