Job Summary:

• The FP&A Intern will assist the Corporate FP&A team with the Budget, Forecast and Monthly Reporting processes.


• Essential Functions & Accountabilities:


• Assist in preparation of Budget Templates for CHQ Planning and uploading information into Hyperion Planning tool


• Assist in preparation of monthly Management Reporting for Senior Executives


• Assist in preparation of financial analysis of actual results versus prior year/forecast/budget, highlighting material points of interest


• Assist in publication of Analyst Consensus P&L, ensuring accuracy to system report


• Collaborate with the FP&A team to support ad hoc projects; create and design HFM and Essbase reports


• Internship Projects:


• Build CHQ Budget Templates


• Assist in preparation of monthly Management Reporting


• Publication of Non-GAAP Analyst Consensus

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail, resourceful, self-starter


• Attentive to report formatting


• Intermediate skill in the use of Excel and PowerPoint. Advanced preferred.


• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to communicate with diverse populations


• Professional demeanor


• Well organized and ability to carry out tasks independently


• Ability to meet deadlines

Work Environment:

• Occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.

• Willing to report to work in the Victor, NY/San Ramon, CA/Other office.


• This is a paid internship


• Potential exposure to caustic chemicals

Experience:

• Not required, but prior Internship experience is a plus.

Education:

• Current college student, majoring in Finance or Accounting entering their Junior or Senior year or working towards a post-graduate degree
