PURPOSE: The Marketing Analytics Manager is responsible for the Marketing and Consumer-centric data strategy, which includes data management, data analysis, project management, strategic thinking, and passion for learning. This role provides input to the AWC Digital CX strategy and manages the data maintenance and analysis functions, and is a key consultant to corporate and channel brands with understanding target audience engagement.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Develop multi-platform data strategy focused on bringing market and customer insights to organization, especially through the digital engagement and sales metrics of the company * Integrate data sources from digital marketing campaigns, website engagement, Customer * Care, and other structured data generating platforms * Provide data management leadership for the commercial organization * Lead strategic data management projects with IT partners to build organizational data architecture * Drive use of data visualization tools with available software platforms to support data-driven decision making * Establish channels and platform to bring key economic, housing and remodel data, into summary portals * Lead the resources responsible for marketing data and data modeling during the business development and planning processes * Define the key performance indicators for marketing effectiveness , provide leadership for the creation and automation of key metrics and field reports * Analyze and present company data for complex, multi-disciplinary market analyses * Support ad hoc project requests from marketing leadership * Demonstrate understanding of key business drivers, including revenue and profitability * Adherence and promotion of the company's core values and CITE principals
SUPERVISES: This role may have management/leadership responsibility for other salary employees. Expectations include performance evaluations, providing direction, leadership, discipline, and personnel training and development.

Education and/or Experience
* Bachelor's degree in statistics, data analytics, computer science/engineering, business/marketing, or related technical field preferred -- graduate degree or certifications in listed fields is a plus * Minimum of 6 to 8 years of data analytics or management/analysis experience with related project management experiences * Strong, demonstrated problem-solving skills and technical acumen * Experience working with and leading cross functional teams * Familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Data Studio or other data visualization software and experience with Google Analytics or other web-driven data analysis/monitoring packages * Advanced computer skills including Microsoft products, specifically Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint * Excellent planning, project management and organizing skills -- high attention to detail * Excellent oral and written communication and organization skills Ability to build effective business relationships with internal clients
Language Skills: Ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers/clients in an effort to carry out responsibilities or respond to common inquiries from customers/clients, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community and public. Ability to read and interpret common business documents including contracts, charts, graphs and diagrams. Ability to develop and deliver presentations to management and large groups.
Project Management Skills: Ability to apply tools and organizational skills to multi-phase projects. Ability to handle ambiguity and drive projects to meet key milestones, deadlines, and metrics while working closely with multiple stakeholders groups, including internal clients and external customers or consumers.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts to such tasks as statistical and financial math calculations, with knowledge of determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, determine failure points, establish facts, utilize data, and identify solutions. Ability to outline key choices and decision points that would influence the outcome of a project. Aptitude to dig into issues or obstacles and find solutions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk and lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Typical office environment. The noise level is usually moderate. Some out-of-town travel may be required. Occasional weekend work and extended evening hours is required.
