Job Description:

Role

Specialize in
network engineering in a global enterprise environment. This role will provide
network engineering, implementation, analytical, and operational support. The
engineer will ensure compliance to established system architecture, regulations
and security policies, follow standards and best practices, and author and
maintain support documentation.

Responsibilities:

* Work closely
with Staff Network Engineers on design and initiatives

* Maintain
current network solution within workplace, retail, and data center environment

* Function as a
Tier-2/3 escalation point

* Requirements
gathering, analyze, and propose solution to networking needs

* Provision,
implement, test/validation, and maintain networking services per solution
design

* Monitor,
analyze, and report metrics of network services

* Document
network knowledge base and operational "Run-Book"

* Must be able
to work occasional weekends, after hours, and holidays

Qualifications:

* 6+ years'
experience mid-large global enterprise networking infrastructure

* Extensive
experience in IP networking, L2/L3 network protocols (spanning-tree, OSPF,
BGP), LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routing, QOS, VLAN, ACL, application flow,
NAC, and infrastructure cabling.

* Extensive
experience with multi-vendor firewall technologies including Palo Alto Networks
and Juniper SRX

* Extensive
experience with multi-vendor switching technologies including Juniper EX and
QFX and Cisco Industrial Ethernet

* Experience
with IPSEC VPN and SD-WAN

* Experience
with troubleshooting with circuit carriers

* Experience
with various tools such as Protocol Analyzer, Solarwinds, IPAM, RADIUS,
Netbrain, and Splunk

* Experience
with developing scripts to automate infrastructure deployment and collect
metrics

* Proficient in
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
