We are looking to add a Universal Banker to our PREMIER team!  We are looking for an energetic and organized individual who enjoys working as part of a team.  This position will assist with a variety of customer transactions.

Compensation and Schedule

Starting wage is determined based on prior work experiences.

Full-time Hours:

Typical business hours Monday- Friday 8am-5pm with rotating Saturdays

Training Schedule:

Paid on-the-job training!

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete basic teller functions


• Process customer transactions including deposit and withdrawals, cashed checks, and receipt of payments (loans, credit card, credit lines)


• Opening new accounts; DDA, Savings, and CD's


• Provide PREMIER customer service


• Perform debit card maintenance to include issuing new and replacement cards


• Assist with safe deposit boxes as needed


• Organize loan documents, process disbursements, fund loans in decision pro ensure all regulatory concerns are addressed, prepare and send completed loan file to Loan Servicing.


• Handle customer inquiries for information and assist with resolving fraud, disputes etc.

 

Skills and Qualifications

• Combination of education/experience that would enable incumbent to meet essential functions and required competencies of the position.


• Must demonstrate proficient teller and/or cash handling experience.


• Conduct tasks in a manner that complies with all consumer protection regulations and treats consumers fairly.
