The Mid-Level Organization Change Management (OCM) analyst will provide day-to-day support of the entire suite of change management activities, including communications, training, user acceptance testing, web content development and content publishing in support of IT initiatives. This individual will work with the OCM team to ensure the effective transition of all project stakeholders from a state of awareness to buy-in/adoption. Under supervision, this individual will be primarily responsible for developing communications materials, developing standards and guides, and managing a SharePoint resources website and web content.

Responsibilities



  • Responsible for drafting content for the resource's website, ensuring the appropriate levels of review and approval, and publishing all approved content to the SharePoint website
  • Monitor web pages to recommend and/or develop content as needed to support IT applications
  • Responsible for managing the internal document repository for the OCM team, ensuring that all finalized documents are stored on the internal SharePoint page
  • Work with the OCM team to identify training and communications needs
  • Attend meetings as instructed and draft meeting notes
  • Work with OCM team members to recommend, develop, and implement OCM strategies
  • Work with OCM team members to develop standard operating procedures and process documents to improve OCM operations
  • Develop methods for measuring success of OCM communications and training activities; evaluate collateral and delivery methods
  • May be assigned a portfolio of applications and responsible for conducting need analysis for those application, including functions, audience, roles and skills, required training and timing

Qualifications


  • Must have an active interim-security clearance (interim-Secret)
  • Position requires a bachelor's degree in communications, business and technical writing or equivalent discipline
  • Position requires excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills, including technical writing ability
  • Position requires a keen understanding of end-user needs; ability to communicate effectively with all internal stakeholders
  • Position requires the ability to work both collaboratively and independently with internal teams
  • Position requires a minimum of three (3) years prior Organizational Change Management, Web Content writing or Communications experience
  • Position requires solid computer skills with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
  • Position recommends experience with SharePoint
  • Position recommends analytical skills and the ability to provide insight into project progress
  • Position recommends the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easily understandable written format


  • 3+ Years in PeopleSoft HCM Training Experience
  • 3+ Years working with Senior Level Staff with Enterprise Communications
