Job Description:

ERM is seeking a Talent and Learning Specialist in Denver, CO to support the delivery of the Learning, Leadership and Talent strategy through facilitation and technical expertise to build ERMs leadership, management and technical capabilities.​

The Talent and Learning Specialist is responsible for partnering with business leaders to diagnose capability needs and gaps, facilitate necessary program content, identify appropriate learning and technology based solutions, and develop reporting frameworks to meet business goals

                                                                                               

Accountabilities                                                                                                               


  • Identifying available training and courseware using industry standard testing methods, needs analysis, and methods of redesigning training programs ​

  • Collaborating with organizational leadership to investigate and identify available training programs and/or opportunities to determine the most effective way of meeting specific learning needs.

  • Participating in and/or lead and facilitating live and online training courses, activities and workshops

  • Establishing and sustaining best practices around reporting for Training Initiatives and Interventions

  • Summarizing Learning and Talent Data gathered from regional Learning and Talent programs

  • Seek continuous improvement and be willing to try new ideas to provide more effective processes and training

  • Developing project plans and conduct a cost/benefit analysis for learning recommendations made to business units ​                             

Preferences and other requirements:                                                                                                                    


  • Four Year College (Bachelor's Degree)

  • At least 4+ years of related experience in Learning Development and Talent.

  • Experience with LMS, preferably Cornerstone.                                                                                                  

  • Training delivery and facilitation experience.                                                                                                      

  • Excellent analytical skills, including moderate to advanced proficiency in Excel.                                   

  • Exhibits technical and operational proficiency.                                                                                                   

  • Experience with webinar technology: Adobe Connect, Microsoft Teams preferred.                           

  • Demonstrated experience of effective and professional oral and written communication skills.    

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and activities to meet multiple competing deadlines.               

  • Highly detail-oriented, analytic, energetic and self-motivated.                                                    

  • Passion for a talent mindset and driving performance.                                                                                                                                                                                                   

Per Colorado Pay Transparency requirements (CEPA):

The typical salary range for this position is $55,000-65,000 placement in range is commensurate with skills, abilities, experience and performance.
