HR Service Team Administrator (Entry Level) at Environmental Resources Management Inc in Denver, Colorado

Job Description:

ERM is seeking an organized, hands-on HR Service Team Administrator to be part of our HR shared services team, providing high-quality HR support. The ideal candidate will serve as the initial point of contact for North America employees and managers for general questions regarding Policies, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Training, HRIS (Workday), as well as being responsible for data entry of HR transactions, and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Receive and respond to requests and questions via phone, email and Teams in accurate, timely and highly customer service oriented fashion.

  • Respond to HR related questions and providing support, if needed, appropriately escalate or route requests from employees to HR specialists in the Centers of Excellence within our Business Units.

  • Process employee transaction changes in Workday once appropriate approvals have been attained, and communicates relevant information of a variety of employee transactions to payroll, benefits, HR Business Advisors, and managers.

  • Maintain electronic employee personnel files.

  • Maintain North America HR information on company Intranet.

  • Provide support to North America HR Directors through report generation, formatting, compilation of data, and PowerPoint presentations.

  • Support employee onboarding process through collection of new hire forms and documents. Additionally, completes a personal follow-up with each new hire to make sure questions are resolved around the new hire process.

  • Initiates and manages I9 process through HireRight.

  • Prepare timely offer/ changes of assignment letters; sends to candidates; collect forms; initiate background check and drug screen in HireRight, and assist in the onboarding.

  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Required work hours for this position are 8AM to 5PM PacificTime regardless of location.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • 1 to 3 years of Human Resources experience. 

  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint experience a plus).

  • Exposure to HRIS systems and reporting skills, Workday a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information in a succinct, clear fashion.

  • Strong customer service focus.

  • Critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills essentials

  • High attention to detail.

  • Highly collaborative team player.

  • Ability to effectively multi-task and meet deadlines.

  • Self-disciplined to support remote work environment

Per Colorado Pay Transparency requirements (CEPA):

The typical salary range for this position is $46,000-52,000 placement in range is commensurate with skills, abilities, experience and performance.
