ERM is enhancing its Group IT organization and is looking to bring in a Global Head of Process Excellence reporting into the CIO to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization. The Global Head of Process Excellence will enable the strategic directive and operational needs related to the definition, implementation and measurement of global business processes, as well as leading the professionalization of business applications and service management activities in driving an increase in customer satisfaction, sustainable low cost, increased reliability, reduced service variability, improved quality & compliance, and return on investment. The successful Global Head of Process Excellence should have a background in both IT & business, with the ability to communicate effectively between both sides.
The Global Head of Process Excellence work alongside the CIO and the rest of the IT leadership team helping to ensure the needs of the ERM business and Group IT are aligned.
The Global Head of Process Excellence is the functional leader of business process management, business applications support, and change management across the ERM business. The role will provide advice and guidance, monitoring and assurance, advocacy, and education with respect to business performance excellence, and its delivery within Marketing, Sales (client), Operations (projects), Finance & Procurement (finance), and Human Resources (people) The Global Head of Process Excellence has the role of developing relationships with and influencing key internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders (such as suppliers, partners) to support transformational, business application and service management activities.

This is a critical role that requires a strategic, business-focused Global Head of Process Excellence with a track record of playing a key role in business transformation, business application and service management activities. In addition to consulting, technology, and program management experience, the successful candidate will need exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage with and influence the culture and perception of business leaders across the ERM business. The successful individual will bring a proactive mind-set, having previously faced challenging situations.

The typical salary range for this position is $120,000-$130,000 placement in range is commensurate with skills, abilities, experience and performance.
