JOB DESCRIPTION
The Outlet Stock Leader leads a high-energy, driven stock team who is passionate and determined to achieve superior operational excellence and inventory accuracy. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Live our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
• Educate stock team on safety guidelines, inventory policies and procedures
• Process shipments safely and efficiently
• Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged for inventory accuracy
• Authenticate the destruction of mark out of stock (MOS) product
• Audit release of product through 3rd party delivery and customer pick-up

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of two years of leadership experience in retail industry, preferably in the home furnishings industry
• Superior communication, organization and leadership skills
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficient with current technology i.e. iPads, Mac, PC

OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to consistently lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 pounds, while utilizing appropriate equipment and adhering to safety guidelines
• Ability to maneuver effectively around sales floor, stockroom, loading docks and office
• Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
