The RH Government Executive Assistant (GEA) is responsible for managing marketing, business development and administrative activities in support of our government practice. This exciting role is being created due to the significant growth in our public sector practice in 2020 and into 2021. As such, the GEA will serve a key role in supporting the expanding business development efforts by the RHG team. This role will include client facing support for proposal support and client marketing material management, including working with corporate marketing and other stakeholders in developing ongoing marketing support materials. In addition, the GEA will support practice management, including the deal review board process, executive meeting presentations, and other programs to support our mission. Moreover, the GEA will support the government industry website, conference program support and other collaboration programs.
This exciting new role will report to the RHG Managing Vice President and will work with all levels.
Responsibilities
Proposal and client material preparation and organization with high attention to detail and advanced use of creative tools, including MSFT Office Suite and other tools.
Effective program management for deal review board meetings, opportunity status, and deal database.
Assisting with government target account management plans for key clients.
Managing project profile inventory and internal and external government website administration.
Managing practice conference programs.
Managing team business opportunities in Salesforce and periodic report production.
Promotes and supports an inclusive work environment where diversity and inclusion are championed.
Qualifications
Minimum of three years’ experience in supporting a business development team and/or senior management, preferably within strategic accounts or comparable environment.
Advanced administrative, organizational, written and oral communication.
Experience employing creative design for client and internal organization materials, including MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe and business intelligence tools also helpful.
Well organized and able to interpret and draw relevant insights from various resources and methodologies.
Able to manage multiple clients, maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Occasional domestic travel may be required, in conjunction with company policy and federal, state and local guidelines.
