Th is position (part of our Professional Services) team is responsible forcoordinating the initiation phase of Professional Services projectsfor our customers, including direct interaction with C lient Project Managers and stakeholders, as well as internal Services Management and Customer Success teams.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that customers have performed all of the tasks required to prepare for a Professional Services project

• Serve asa primary point of contact for the customer prior to project start

• Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Professional Services Managers and Project Managers to ensure smooth project initiation, handoff and start

• Assist with review and provide recommendations for modifications to internal project coordination processes

• Provide regular status updates on client progress to SailPoint Services Management

Education:

• Bachelor™s degree or equivalent work experience
