Sr. Help Desk Support Specialist (3rd Shift) at Iron Bow Technologies in Fort Huachuca, Arizona

Job Description:

Come and join the Iron Bow team at Ft. Huachuca. We are looking for an innovative and driven Sr. Help Desk Support Specialist to manage the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems.

Duties:


  • Maintain the integrity and security of servers, physical office location, and systems.

  • Set up administrator and service accounts

  • Process, track, and manage account documentation

  • Maintain system documentation

  • Interact with users and evaluate vendor products

  • Track hardware and software, coordinate installation and provide backup recovery

  • Develop and monitor policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources

  • Coordinate and participate in coordination meetings as required

  • Develop and implement testing strategies and document results

  • Provide advice and training to end-users

  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned

  • Participate in special projects as required

 

Experience:


  • BS/BA +5 years of directly related experience in systems administration and analysis or equivalent experience

  • Ability to support shift work 365*24*7 (10:30pm - 8:30AM, Wednesday - Saturday)

  • IAT II certification required (Security+CE, CySA, SSCP or equivalent)

  • CE certification in either Windows Server, VMware, SharePoint, or similar technology with 6 months requirement

  • Secret Clearance Required
