Are you ready to be a key member of the Beacon Experience and Digital Design team that helps revolutionize the healthcare customer experience? Beacon Health System is transforming and is looking for a Director skilled in the consumer and digital space to support our vision of making healthcare more convenient, connected, and coordinated.
As the Director of the Beacon Experience and Digital Design team, the candidate reports to the Chief Strategy and Digital Growth Officer and works closely with leaders in IT, Marketing, Operations and other associates throughout the organization. The candidate will help drive Beacon's digital customer experience strategy and will lead the design, creation, and delivery of digital solutions to meet the customer where they are, including web and mobile experiences.
We are looking for someone who sees things from the customer point of view, is flexible and creative, has solved difficult problems, brings cross-functional teams together and thrives in an agile environment. The ideal candidate has at minimum seven years of progressively more responsible experience with building digital customer experience business cases and implementing them to scale. They will also have digital marketing and web experience and can communicate fluently with IT technical resources. MBA greatly preferred.
