Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a BE/BC Neuro-oncologist to join the Neurosurgery Department in Temple, Texas. Fellowship training in neuro-oncology is required.

Division Directorship of Neuro-oncology opportunity available to support a strong neuro-oncology program based out of Temple
Busy brain tumor program with a regional reach from Waco to Austin, TX, market
Neurosurgery, Hematology/Oncology and Radiation Oncology services are committed to providing the highest quality of care for patients with primary and metastatic brain, skull base and spine tumors.
Opportunity to conduct clinical and translational research in neuro-oncology and neurosciences; collaborations with basic science researchers available; numerous open clinical trials.
Both Neurosurgery and Neurology residency programs are fully accredited by ACGME.
Opportunity for an academic faculty appointment is available with Texas A&M University College of Medicine for those with commensurate experience and credentials.
Program Highlights
The Department of Neurosurgery at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center, Temple, is currently comprised of 9 neurosurgeons, 5 APPs, 8 neurosurgery residents along with nursing and administrative support.
Academic affiliation with Texas A&M College of Medicine to teach medical students and residents.
Neuro-oncologist would become a co-leader of our multi-disciplinary neuro-oncology CNS Tumor Board and would have close clinical collaboration with neurosurgeons as well as hematology/oncology and radiation-oncology physicians.
A top teaching hospital including being Level One Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center is the main referral center for a growing population in thriving Central Texas communities.
