Job DescriptionVisa's U.S. Business Operations team is part of the U.S. Operations team, which works in support of the U.S. market. The three main areas of responsibilities for the team are:
* Carry out/implement North America Operations-owned projects as desired in the U.S. market, e.g., scorecards, end-to-end pipeline management, presentations for key internal and external events, GTM rollout, GARP rollout, Playbook, client engagement survey, etc.
* Lead/manage U.S.-owned projects for the U.S. market, e.g., U.S.-specific meetings, presentations, investment prioritization, audit, etc.
* Execute/roll out global projects for the U.S. market, e.g., Skype shutdown management, multi-year plan, reimagining work at Visa, RTO, etc.
The Manager in Business Operations role will work closely with the broader U.S. and North America Operations groups to support the U.S. market. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical, collaboration, communications, and problem-solving skills. This individual will also have strong project management skills, the ability to drive change in cross-functional settings, and very detail oriented. Other critical attributes:

QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
* 4 years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD degree
Preferred Qualifications:
* 7-10 years of work experience with a Bachelors degree or 6 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) in Finance, analytics, or related quantitative field
* Prior Visa experience in Business Operations role and payments industry experience helpful
* Outstanding problem-solving skills, able to multi-task and manage competing priorities
* Highly organized with strong project management skills and very detail-oriented
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong Microsoft product skills Excel (including formulas) and PowerPoint skills
* Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools, and financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, TM1, Oracle, etc.)
* Intellectually curious about the payments industry
* Ability to influence others, e.g., cross-functional stakeholders and leaders
* Composure and clarity required to interact with cross-functional teams, senior management, and executives
* Work with limited direction, usually within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based insights, recommendations, and solutions
* Passionate about making things better, e.g., improving processes, reducing/removing inefficiencies, etc.
