JOB DUTIES

Installs, maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots computer equipment on simulators both in house and onsite.

Assembly and integration of equipment cabinets and subsystems on production devices.

Installation of software on the production devices.

In house visual support of production devices.

Modify procedures under supervision of lead.

Support site installation of production devices. Travel is required.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and REQUIREMENTS

AS in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic knowledge of the inner workings of a PC. Ability to change user serviceable parts. Current CompTIA A+ or higher certification preferred but is required within 12 months of hire.

Intermediate knowledge of Windows Os and Server OS.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

PC, Workstation, Laptop, Server, peripherals, common PC buss hardware, networking basics. Basic knowledge of hand tools. Be able to interpret drawings.
