We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Model QA Analystin ourConshohocken, PAoffices.

The Model QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring quality of expected reimbursement models created by contract modeling teams. This position provides quality assurance of models created by vendors and internal teams prior to models moving into production.

Responsibilities

Review contract models to validate accuracy of rates loaded and calculations performed
• Perform research and analyze service line contracts in production to ensure accuracy of reimbursement


• Confirm expected reimbursement values through review of account examples


• Display initiative to test and validate complicated reimbursement terms and troubleshoot pricing discrepancies with stakeholders and colleagues when needed


• Identify, document, and communicate best practices within the model QA team


• Communicate with colleagues and customers in a clear and professional manner via phone, email, customer service ticketing systems, and in person


• Meet or exceed all productivity targets and deadlines for quality assurance of expected reimbursement models


• Continue to build upon and grow close internal client relationships


• Work independently within assigned tasks to ensure internal client success


• Maintain proficiency in application functionality and stay current with industry knowledge


• Maintain deep knowledge of several Government and Commercial payor reimbursement methodologies


• Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED


• Bachelor's Degree preferred.


• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience including managed care contracting, payment methodologies, contract language and contract expected pay modeling.
