SUMMARY

The Multi-family Customer Service Representative is the support resource for our customers, partners and multifamily sales team. They are responsible for working collaboratively with all internal/external team members and customers as a multifamily product advocate.

Job Responsibilities: Multifamily Customer Service Representative

• Individual must be a self-starter, able to work independently, and extremely detail oriented.


• Responsible for working seamlessly with our CE Account Order Management team.


• Must be able to enter orders and manage a project life cycle related to multifamily projects.


• Provide post-sales support for multifamily customers. This will include the following:
  
  
  
  • Post sales multifamily closeout documents.
  
  
  • Post sales warranty support.
  
  
  • Post sales replacement part number support, part ordering and tracking.
  
  
  • Track shipments and logistics to customer job sites on the sale of multifamily equipment.
  
  
  
  


• Ability to Interface with other departments, the manufacturer as well as the customer on outstanding orders to ensure accurate processing of open PO orders based on multifamily project timelines.


• Establish and maintain excellent relations with customers by providing prompt and courteous service for all customers.

Qualifications: Multifamily Customer Service Representative

• 2-3 years' experience in sales, order management or customer service

Previous experience in the HVAC industry and familiarity with HVAC equipment is preferred.

• Excellent customer service skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Nuance

Experience with NexTrend and Service Bench preferred.

• Our Products are HVAC parts and equipment, therefore, experience working with contractors is desired.


• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment


• Solid problem-solving abilities with the competence to make recommendations

Education: Multifamily Customer Service Representative

• High School diploma or equivalent with three (3) year's experience


• AA/AS degree with 2 years' experience preferred.
