Your role and responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading production team members in the safe and successful operation of production lines,


• Maintaining production standards, product quality and documentation. 


• Assisting employees and supervisor as needed.


• Stocking adequate components for production, distributing raw materials from warehouse to assigned department(s) and removing finished goods i.e.; pallets for shipment. 


• Responsible for the routine communication of job assignments, training production team members, and assigning production team members' work for the day.

 What is required for this role:

• Previous experience performing in a lead or supervisory position in a manufacturing environment.


• Demonstrated leadership aptitude.


• Computer literate in application software systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP etc.)


• Great organization skills, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and adherence to the attendance policy.


• Able to safely operate fork truck and pallet jack.


• Demonstrate safe behavior and support department/plant Safety goals.


• Able to work four, 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, 3 p.m. to 1 a.m. and able to work overtime Fridays and some Saturdays.


• Ability to read and write routine reports and correspondence and speak English effectively before groups of employees of the organization.
