Drives AmeriHealth New Jersey marketing strategy for broker audience, key accounts and partners in consultation with sales. Supports sales team needs for broker communications, product collateral and marketing materials. Works with sales to develop client meeting cadence and meeting agenda topics for finalists, utilization reviews, quarterly communications and capability presentations using value story content. Provides counsel to sales and marketing leaders regarding solutions to strategic customer issues relating to total cost of care and member and customer experience. Drives the execution of B2B marketing and communications deliverables such as client meeting materials, sales presentations, and RFP responses. Demonstrates deep understanding of customer and business needs and continually identifies and explores new ideas and opportunities for meeting market needs.
Drives timeline, strategy and creation of presentations, marketing materials and communications for partners in consultation with sales.
Leads internal discussions on utilization trends, draws insights and develops proposed solutions in consultation with sales, informatics, medical management, product, and U/W.
Facilitates dry run meetings as needed
Develops the communication strategy for digital communications, quarterly communications, customized campaigns and collateral to support the strategic needs of key accounts and partnerships based on sales' knowledge of key concerns and emerging market trends
Balances work to manage demands on key internal resources like Informatics, Creative Services, Underwriting, and Medical Management teams.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience.
6-10 years of marketing, communications, or related experience.
Strong knowledge of marketing and communication principles, practices and techniques.
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and manage and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment.
Ability to draw insights from utilization reports and identify solutions.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Highly effective interpersonal & organizational skills with ability to manage relationships up & down in a large corporate structure.
Strong organizational and conflict resolution skills.
