This position will assist in the architectural development of new CCB tools, scalable platforms, and processes. The modern solutions will be leveraged across CCB to analyze product profitability, expenses, OKRs and other key business metrics. The role requires a background in Data Architecture design and implementation with a strong technical and analytical skillset. Interaction between Finance, Information Technology, and other groups are required to manage the enhancements to the infrastructure and ensure that they meet business requirements.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Work closely with the key stakeholder to understand business requirements and functional needs
Ability to translate business requirements into prototype solutions for new/enhancement requests, with appropriate standards
Review development in UAT, working closely with all partners to ensure accuracy and completion
Validate that production results comply with business requirements and expected results
Work with technical leads to develop project plans and estimates
Work as SME/escalation point for the deployed solutions
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Provide a high level of responsiveness to ad-hoc requests, "what-if" scenario data analytics, and regulatory inquiries
Utilize project management best practices to track book of work priorities, communicate updates, and manage projects to successful completion; explain data concepts & challenges clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
10 years of total experience within MIS, Business Intelligence, and/or Analytics roles
Experience in implementation of large-scale solutions
Must have demonstrated knowledge of one or more data & business intelligence concepts including ETL, Data Modeling, Reporting Automation, and/or Dashboarding
Proven experience delivering timely, high quality, analysis from diverse, complex data sources.
Attention to detail a must
Team player; Excellent communication, project management, and client partnership ability
Self-starter; demonstrated ability to complete assigned tasks independently with minimum supervision
Demonstrated knowledge of data warehousing concepts and exposure to one or more Business Intelligence toolsets and database platforms: Oracle/SQL Server/Teradata, Cognos/BO, SAS/R.
Big Data/ Hadoop experience a plus
Oracle/AWS experience a plus
Tableau, Alteryx and Python experiences a big plus
Finance/Accounting environment experience a plus
