Fulfillment AcadeME Manager is a contributing member of our Fulfillment AcadeME Performance Improvement team. Leveraging strong mortgage acumen, Mortgage Express user skills and a desire to help others learn and grow through practical continuing education and performance support. This dynamic role includes: Performance Analysis, Creation of Leader and Learner resources, Demonstration and education related to the Mortgage Express suite of processing tools combined, classroom and individual facilitation of continuing education as well as pre and post program analytics to measure impact.
Support Performance Improvement delivery and functional development efforts for assigned sites. Lead/guide development and coaching of line staff, including: KPI Achievement, Pipeline Management, Customer Obsession, Mortgage Industry Acumen.
Execute defined Fulfillment AcadeME programs and strategy to support the development of Mortgage Fulfillment Professionals including program design and development, program delivery and obtaining post-session performance data. Solutions including leading/guiding new and incumbent staff to address current/trending topics for change readiness and/or continuing development.
Obtain and supply data relevant to program impact as defined in Solution Summaries.
Support teams in New Hire learning bay, other learning bay needs as assigned.
Can instruct AcadeME sessions that target staff development.
Can develop effective session content, including activities, practice, assessments and targeted metrics based on deep subject matter expertise in Mortgage Fulfillment role, process and loan originations sessions
Can facilitate and drive effective knowledge/skill/behavior change with content targeted to line level staff as a credible, subject matter expert.
Contributes to data gathering and basic analysis for pre and post program baseline or progress reporting.
Qualifications:
Mortgage Acumen - Fulfillment
2> years proven and successful track record of individual success in a fulfillment line or manager role
Mortgage Express system proficiency required
Closing and/or CCS Communications and Loan Processing Experience
Credibility with peers as a subject matter expert
Demonstrated track record of delivering on customer obsession goals
Demonstrated Performance Improvement Acumen in:
Supporting Performance Root Cause Analysis
Supporting Solution or Content Design
Project Execution
Solution Delivery
Peer Leadership - Model high standards for excellence and results. Contribute to a strong culture of accountability to achieve/exceed targets and goals.
