The Originations MIS team provides operational reporting and analytics for Originations Operations. In support of these functions, the Sprint Project Lead will be responsible for acting as a liaison between Originations MIS and the Application Development SCRUM team to help define and facilitate the development of prioritized operational reporting needs. The Sprint Project Lead will work to ensure Originations reporting prioritizations and strategies are executed on and delivered timely leveraging Agile sprint management methodologies, while ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.

Supports product back log prioritization with insight from Originations MIS leadership
Assists in planning and execution of sprint release events to ensure prioritizations and schedules are achieved
Organizes sprint event communications and work statuses to ensure sprint scope delivered on time
Preserve strong working relationship between Originations MIS and the Application Development team
Effectively Communicate with Others : defined by behaviors such as listening actively, communicating effectively and clearly, relaying important information to others when needed; communicating in writing in a clear, concise manner; using appropriate methods to guide group meetings; fostering openness; sharing information all the time.
Qualifications:
Experience with project management processes and techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; SQL SMS, JIRA is preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments, achieve deadlines and deliver quality results within a team environment
Proven ability to build strong partnerships with teammates, key stakeholders, and business and functional experts in order influence decision outcomes
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated very high level of professionalism and sense of urgency
Additional attributes:
Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years in the financial services industry required with a strong track record working across organizational lines and progressively increasing responsibilities
Working knowledge of Originations operations preferred
Self-motivation and orientation to detail
Flexible and adaptable in response to changing demands
