The Campus Recruiter will have a heavy focus on college recruiting intiatives; including managing career fairs, campus events, student interns, and our summer Xperience program. This role will also play a crucial part in the recruiting of staff-level permanent full time team members.

What You'll Do

Source, target, recruit and deliver qualified candidates (our future leaders!) using techniques and resources including market research, job boards, data sourcing tools, referrals, networking and cold calling. Ability to work in a team environment and be comfortable with video interface.
Lead college campus recruiting efforts with energy and enthusiasm which includes attending college fairs, recruiting events and cultivating long-term relationships with professors and career centers.
Collaborate and learn new recruiting styles, techniques, and trends from your teammates.
Consult with hiring managers to influence hiring needs and set a strategic direction
Conducts regular follow-up with managers to ensure timeliness and maximizes effectiveness of recruiting plans, processes, and implementation
Responsible for ensuring candidate experience is exceptional throughout the hiring process with timely and meaningful communication
Manages and consults on the use of outside recruiters and headhunters as required
