Digital Marketing Manager

Akron, OH

Myers Industries seeks ahighly experienced, enthusiastic leader, and creative thinker to join us as the Digital Marketing Manager who will build and manage a team for our newly formed e-commerce division. You will help grow the brand's identity and influence while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. We are the industry leaderin the manufacture ofstorage, organization and transport solutions for industrial, healthcare, custom design, and home storage use. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate across all our brands and channels.

Other Responsibilities Include:

* Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.

* Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

* Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

* Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

* Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

Qualifications Include:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field; Master's degree preferred

* Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry

* Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns

* Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

* Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)

* Solid knowledge of e-commerce platform marketing analytical tools (e.g., Amazon Brand Analytics, HomeDepot.com Supplier Analytics, etc.)

* Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

* Willingness to travel (50%+)
