The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) located on Keysight's campus in Santa Rosa, CA exists to provide mechanical solutions that enable the capabilities of Keysight's industry leading electronic measurement equipment. As a Mfg. Ops Coordinator, you will support machining processes and be responsible for Warehouse duties. Working closely with Machinists, Planners, and Logistics you will be critical to keeping Operations going smoothly on a daily basis.

Typical job duties would include:

• Creating job jackets for production orders.


• Making job and material transaction in Oracle and Camstar systems.


• Kitting jobs with needed materials


• Coordination of Calibrated tools and system maintenance within Emerald.


• Shipping and receiving of LLM components and raw material.


• Accountable for multiple sub inventory locations and associated monthly cycle counts.


• Data entry as needed within Microsoft Excel.

Job Qualifications

Keysight is looking for a highly motivated individual with good work ethic and that is very reliable and works well with others. Must have the willingness and desire to learn, strong teamwork, positive attitude, and dedication are a must.

Experience with any/all the following is highly desired:

• Knowledge of Oracle ERP system


• Knowledge of Camstar MES system


• Knowledge of Emerald Calibration system


• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel

Education/Experience

* May require some specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
