The Consultant shall perform services for Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) 3.0 State Self-Assessment (SS-A) and Related Activities by assisting with MITA development and by identifying ongoing strategy for modular MMIS development.

Required skills:

• Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) State Self-Assessment (SS-A) for State Medicaid Agency


• MITA Modernization Roadmap


• Project Management


• IT Strategic Planning


• Business Process Design


• System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)


• Project work plan (Microsoft Project) development and maintenance


• Project status reporting and dashboarding


• Project Steering Committee presentations

Work Location

• Remote during COVID, then on-site in Delaware (days TBD)
