Job Summary The administrative assistant is the face of Opes Advisors, to manage the office and assist in the day-to-day duties that allow the office to function at the highest level of excellence. They must have a pleasant and will do attitude that reflects a willingness and ability to contribute to any and all team. This role requires an individual to take pride and really own the duties listed above, to have foresight and solve problems before they arise.
Job Responsibilities:
Working at assigned location, Mon-Fri, for approximately 8 hours each day, between the hours of 7am to 6pm
Willingness/Ability to work overtime as requested by Manager when business needs require
Handle routine clerical functions associated with the processing of mortgage loans.
Responsible for all correspondence (phone, mail, e-mail)
Scheduling of appointments
Management of corporate and personal calendars
Data entry, Scanning, Photocopying
Maintain and organize filing system
Create Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents
Daily management of database as well as monthly and quarterly mailings
Preparation and reconciliation of monthly expense reports
Manage personal tasks and run corporate and personal errands as directed
Solid understanding of Loan documentation
