Kforce is seeking a QA Engineer with Python scripting experience to join a client company in Allentown, PA.Duties Include:
Develop and maintain automated tests via automated tools and frameworks
Monitor automated test runs, review the findings, and record the results
Ensure automated tests resulting in high-quality software and few defects when product deployed to production
Evaluate problems identified in testing and work with product development team to isolate issues by collecting and analyzing detailed process steps, log files, and data input
Develop a deep understanding of available testing tools, test strategies and best practices for automated testing
Integrate test automation in CICD pipeline and Microsoft Azure DevOps reporting Dashboards
Manage End to End testing suites into a reusable product with minimal changes
Assist in development of training documentation and support training of QA team in automation
Support testing in Agile Community of Practice
Partner with IT Tech Lead and Product Owner to define and implement test automation strategy
REQUIREMENTS:
5 years of Agile Scrum experience
Scripting Language: Python and VB
Automation Tool: Protractor, and Selenium Experience
IDE: Pycharm, Visual Studio
Experience working BDD, FDD, TDD framework
Experience working with Cucumber
Experience developing scripts and executing testing and deploying with continuous sprint deployment
Familiar with software design patterns
Mobile QA experience with IoS and Android applications Experience with Selendroid, Selenium, Appium, and Docker
Understanding Gerkin format for translating work into automated test cases
Ability to quickly adjust to business acumen and influence user story format to support test automation
Preferred: ADA Testing Tool (pa11y.org) and Content Management Tools (SiteImprove)
