Job Description:

Intelgica, Inc. is hiring a Legal Assistant in the following area(s): Frisco, TX.

Intelgica is looking for a Legal Assistant Champion to join our growing team in the Frisco TX area.

What You'll Do:

• Review various types of contracts and participate in contract negotiations


• Monitor the contracting process to ensure timely delivery and execution of agreements


• General corporate matters including preparing entity documents


• Assist with strategic transactions, tracking and organizing closing documents and signature pages, and attending to post-closing matters, including maintaining electronic records; and assisting with coordination of related mailings


• Provide legal support for projects in various departments such as Finance, Tax, and Human Resources and various business units


• Prepares and reviews employment as well as Vendors contracts

• Proactive in identifying potential legal risks and liabilities


• Excellent attention to detail, ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment.


• The capacity to freely communicate with co-workers and clients.


• Proficient in Microsoft Word, knowledgeable with Excel, and Outlook.


• Self-motivated and is eager to work with demanding deadlines.


• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

The Skill and Background You’ll Bring:

• 1-2 years’ experience as a legal assistant
