JOB DESCRIPTION:

PDF Seal is seeking a full time Janitor for their Hauppauge, NY location.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cleans and sanitizes surfaces, offices and materials within the facility


• Sweep and mop floors


• Vacuum carpeting


• Clean and disinfect bathrooms


• Routine area sanitation of the facility


• Collect and empty waste containers


• Performs outdoor upkeep as necessary.


• Notifies supervisor when major repairs are required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in cleaning in a manufacturing environment


• Ability to communicate and have discussions in English


• Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. M-F


• Overtime may be required


• Ability to read and interpret instructions in English


• Ability to stay organized and perform work in a safe and orderly fashion.


• Ability to follow oral and written instructions


• Punctual and dependable.


• Good interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.
