Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Risk Manager Hospital Compliance will oversee the hospital’s Risk Management and Compliance programs. The Risk Manager Hospital Compliance will oversee the regulatory compliance program, facilitating change and managing compliance and regulatory related projects.

The Risk Manager Hospital Compliance will monitor the performance of the hospital’s Compliance Program through regular audits. The Risk Manager Hospital Compliance will report, investigate, analyze, and maintain records for all incidents and risk events that occur at the hospital. The Risk Manager Hospital Compliance will also conduct Risk Management education programs and analyse patterns that could result in compensable events.
